When you brief us on a use case, we use Elixa to generate a 3-year cost projection across your preferred providers, in your region, with the discount tier you actually have. The output is a buyer-ready PDF / CSV that procurement and finance can sign off on. After delivery, Elixa unit-economics guardrails keep cost aligned with the original quote.

Discovery Sprints are a fixed fee. Foundation Builds and Embedded Pods are fixed-scope or monthly retainers, with a published SOW and post-launch support. Cloud costs are shown separately via Elixa, so you always see the service fee and the cloud spend as two distinct line items — important for scale-ups that need to defend the budget to a board or a CFO.

Most clients move to a Retainer Care model for ongoing FinOps, SRE, and AI governance coverage. We do quarterly reviews against the original KPI. If you outgrow us, we hand over the runbooks, the dashboards, and the on-call rotation — no lock-in. If you do not yet need a full retainer, we can hand the work back to your in-house team after a Foundation Build and stay on call for post-launch support.
